Non-Returnable Items

Due to hazardous material shipping regulations set by FedEx and UPS, chemical-based products — including acid test solutions — are not eligible for return and not eligible for a refund.
These products require special certifications, packaging, and handling procedures, making return shipments unsafe and non-compliant with federal regulations.

  • Please be sure you are ordering the correct testing solution before completing your purchase.

  • If there is any issue with a chemical product you receive (such as damage, defect, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately.
    We will be happy to offer a replacement to resolve the issue.


Eligible Returns

  • Non-chemical items (such as testing stones, scales, or storage cases) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Exchanges for eligible non-chemical items will be processed once the returned item is received.


Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned non-chemical products.
