Q: My silver test acid isn’t reacting correctly. What should I do?
A: Make sure you're scratching a clean, fresh surface on your test stone before applying acid. If you're still having trouble, please contact us — we’re happy to troubleshoot or send a replacement if needed.
Q: How do I properly scratch and test jewelry?
A: Lightly rub the item across the test stone to leave a visible streak. Then, apply 1–2 drops of acid directly on the streak and observe the reaction within a few seconds.
