Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1 day for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. If you live down the street from us in Pennsylvania, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, GTE is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

GTE is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of GTE to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. GTE is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Should GTE mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

All orders are shipped with tracking. If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
