When you shop with GTE, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We work hard to process, package, and ship your order quickly, safely, and within full compliance of shipping regulations.
Order Processing

Please allow one (1) business day for your order to be processed.

Orders are processed during normal business hours: Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA)

Chemical products (such as test solutions) are classified as hazardous materials and must ship by Ground service through FedEx or UPS.

Chemicals cannot be shipped via USPS.

Chemicals cannot be shipped internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Chemical shipments are limited to the lower 48 states within the USA.

Non-chemical items (such as testing stones, scales, or boxes) may ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the item and destination.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location. USPS typically quotes 2–8 business days for domestic delivery, but these timelines are not guaranteed.
International Shipping

Only non-chemical items are eligible for international shipping.

You, the customer, are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) required by your country.

GTE is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

If your package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to retrieve the package, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customs Policy

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Should GTE mistakenly be billed for duties or taxes after delivery, we will invoice you for the balance, which must be paid immediately.
Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an address error provided at checkout, GTE is not responsible for any reshipping fees or delays.
Tracking and Delivered Packages
All shipments include tracking information.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

USPS shipments: Contact your local post office. Packages may be held there or delivery may have been prematurely scanned.

FedEx and UPS shipments: Contact FedEx or UPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
These carriers may leave packages in safe or concealed areas (porches, side doors, garages).
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, GTE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
We recommend checking with neighbors or others in your household who may have received the package on your behalf.
