You can throw them around a little and handle them just fine. M300 Tool Steel parts specifically, can \u003cstrong\u003enot\u003c\/strong\u003e be handled in their brown state as they will not be able to stay together. Then polish with a polishing cloth. For a mirror shine, use a cotton buffing wheel and some Zam polishing compound.
